Expansion could make sense if getting in larger markets would mean a bigger tv contract. The league got $75 million from outside investors IIRC last year, so they have the cash on hand to do it.
Markets like the Bay Area and Toronto have the potential to be profitable when the effect of increased tv revenue is included. The fact that both areas have large lesbian/gay populations probably wouldn't hurt either.

But in order to bet on it you have to follow it somewhat or least or follow those who do and most have no interest in it at all
Therza team in Dallas & i follow them but the League makes poor decisions as this season they really have 2 'super teams' then everybody else. This was created by their new Labor agreement which makes no sense. Then yesterday was the Trade Deadline & nothing happened because of the Labor agreement everybody is over the Cap or something. Their TV games are better this year but still hard to find sometimes & yes therez lotsa drama, which if u can ahead of it u can make some $$$
